Return Policy

Products purchased directly from CMC Health Store may be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery or pickup date

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is included

Items that are returned used, opened, or damaged, or that do not meet the conditions above may not be eligible for refund.

Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on the following:

  • Custom or personalized products (including compounded tinctures or special orders)

  • Liquid products (regardless of seal status)

  • Opened, used, or unsealed items

  • Perishable or expired products

  • Items purchased on sale or at a promotional discount

For health, safety, and quality assurance, these items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 14 business days. A confirmation will be sent once your refund has been processed.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Returned items that do not meet our return criteria will not be refunded
